You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 business days.

Fill out the return form we provide.

Package the item(s) securely along with the completed return form.

Ship the package using a trackable shipping method (Track & Trace recommended).
Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Address – Important
In some cases, returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China.
Please contact us first to request the correct return address.

Return shipping costs to China are at your own expense.

Always use a trackable shipping method.

After the product is received and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow additional time for bank processing.
Returning items to China can be more complex and expensive, so we strongly advise reviewing these return terms carefully before purchasing.
Uncollected Packages
If your order is not collected in time from your designated pick-up point and is returned to our supplier in China, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.
