At Alo & Co., we ship products directly from our suppliers. Each order is normally processed within 1–4 business days, with an average delivery time of 6–10 business days.
Please note that due to high demand or staffing shortages, processing and delivery times may occasionally be longer than usual.
This business model allows us to significantly reduce storage and transportation costs, enabling us to offer competitive prices while covering shipping costs for our customers.
Free Delivery in the US
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Shipments are handled by UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
How to Place an Order
Browse our store and add your desired products to the cart.
Once your cart is ready, you can proceed to checkout at any time.
Review Your Order
Before completing your purchase, please review your order carefully.
Ensure the correct products, prices, and quantities are displayed in the order summary.

Track Your Order
After placing your order, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email.
Tracking information usually becomes available 2–3 business days after shipment, allowing you to follow your order online until delivery.
Responsibility for Uncollected or Refused Packages
If a package is not collected on time or is refused by the customer and subsequently returned to our supplier in China, the customer is responsible for the return.
A fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping and handling:

Orders up to $50: $15 fee

Orders over $50: one-third (1/3) of the order value
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

PayPal payments: within 24 hours of placing the order

Credit card payments: within 24 hours of placing the order
After this period, orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled.
Important: Orders may be processed within the 24-hour window. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
If a customer cancels part or all of an order, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund:

Orders up to $50: $15 fee

This fee covers processing, restocking, and handling costs.
Priority Shipping
Priority Shipping ensures that your order is placed at the front of the processing queue.
Orders with priority shipping are handled before standard shipments, resulting in faster processing and delivery times compared to regular shipping.
